Social Housing Innovation Fund

Grants are available to test innovative approaches that help social housing tenants to have their voices heard. The Social Housing Innovation Fund is for initiatives to improve social housing residents’ experiences by supporting innovative projects that strengthen landlord-tenant engagement and empower residents to influence decisions about their homes.

Applications can be made by registered providers of social housing (including local authority registered providers and private registered providers), Tenant Management Organisations, Arms Length Management Organisations and groups representing the interests of social housing tenants.

The maximum grant is £100,000. It is anticipated that most awards will be between £60,000 and £100,000.

Projects must start after 28 February 2026 and end on or before 5 April 2027.
