UK businesses can apply for grants for innovative feasibility studies in novel, sustainable, low-carbon materials and manufacturing.
The funding aims to assist the UK materials and manufacturing sector to be:
- net zero and resource efficient
- resilient and responsive
- technologically-advanced and digital
Your project must focus on one or both of the following themes.
Theme 1: Resource efficient and sustainable materials and manufacturing
Theme 2: Seaweed processing
This funding is for projects that have total costs between £10,000 and £25,000 – your grant request needs to match your total project costs. Projects should last between 1 and 2 months, starting on 1 February 2026 and ending by 31 March 2026.
UK-registered businesses of any size can apply.
