Green Hall Foundation

The Green Hall Foundation provides grants to registered charities that are working to support disadvantaged people. The funding is for projects that will make a difference to people’s lives. Grants from the foundation fall into the following categories:

  • Medical and social care
  • People with disabilities and the elderly
  • Homelessness
  • Children and young people
  • Church and community

Grants can be up to £10,000 but most grants are in the range of £1,000 to £5,000. Preference is given to appeals where the Green Hall Foundation can meet a significant proportion of the funding required and for equipment or other capital costs rather than for salaries and running costs.

The foundation opens its next application round on 2nd September 2024 and will consider the first 150 applications that it receives, after which the round will close. This round is only open to charities with an annual income of £250,000 or less.
