GBE Supply Chain Fund: Offshore Wind and Networks

Capital grants are on offer for manufacturers producing components for the offshore wind and electricity networks supply chain. The Great British Energy (GBE) Supply Chain Fund is a new programme with a total budget of £300m to address constraints in the supply chain for the offshore wind sector.

Manufacturing businesses can apply for funding to support capital expenditure linked to producing critical components for the sector. This can be the construction of new manufacturing facilities or extending existing UK-based sites. Eligible costs include buildings, production equipment and machinery, associated infrastructure and, where directly related, research and development.

There is no minimum or maximum grant size.

Application deadline:

Round 1 closes on 31 March 2026; Round 2 closes 30 June 2026*; Round 3 closes 30 September 2026*; Round 4 (and fund) closes 10 December 2026* (* subject to funds still being available)
