Each County Councillor in Devon has a Locality Budget allocation of £10,000 that they can use in this financial year (until March 2027) to support local projects.
County Councillors can use their Locality Budget to support projects that benefit the local community and support the priorities of the County Council’s Strategic Plan which are:
- positive futures for our young people
- supporting independence and dignity
- a green Devon for future generations
- economic inclusion and local prosperity
- stronger communities and safer places
Applications are accepted from constituted, non-profit voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector organisations, town and parish councils, charities, community groups, school PTFAs or businesses. Refer to the website for more details about who can apply and exclusions.
