This opportunity is for small businesses working in ‘moving image’ for storytelling. If you run a small or medium-sized enterprise (SME) in the screen-based sector you may be able to get a grant from the Business Builder fund to develop your business.
The funding is for companies working with on-screen content that tells a story in order to entertain an audience. This includes those working in film, TV, animation, games and immersive media, tech platforms with a narrative focus; and where the content is consumed on screen.
The maximum grant is £2,500 and can be used to subsidise the cost of working with an expert to support your specific goals, including business planning and strategy as well as offering other specialist expertise, knowledge or contacts. Examples include marketing strategy, monetisation of IP and international operation.
Your business should be a limited company registered on Companies House, with a relevant track record in the screen industry.
