Macmillan CARE Grants

The Macmillan CARE Grants programme supports community organisations to tackle unfairness in cancer care. Funding is available for projects that challenge the current system and create lasting change for people facing the greatest barriers to care. 

Grants range from £50,000 to £150,000 and can be used for projects that fit under at least one of the following themes:

  1. cultural responsiveness in cancer care
  2. shared decision making
  3. dementia-friendly cancer care

Voluntary and community organisations can apply for Macmillan CARE Grants including registered charities, CIOs, CICs, CBSs, faith-based organisations and residents’ associations.
