Registered charities can apply for a grant for activities that improve communication skills for disadvantaged adults in order to help them move into employment.
Grants of up to £5,000 are available for specific projects that help people who want to improve their employment prospects, self-confidence, resilience and life chances. Beneficiaries must gain at least one accredited vocational qualification as part of the project.
The trust takes an inclusive approach and is interested in projects that target people experiencing multiple deprivation or other groups facing major hurdles to employment, particularly women, people with disabilities and refugees.
Funding is for revenue costs only.
Focus of fund/fund aims:
Grants for projects that equip disadvantaged people (aged 18 and over) with the necessary communication skills ready for employment.
