Shared Prosperity Fund

District and Borough Councils in Devon are investing their allocations from the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (SPF) in local projects. The Shared Prosperity Fund has a total budget of £2.6billion which the government has allocated to local authorities to support three local priorities:

  • communities and place
  • support for local businesses
  • people and skills

In Devon, SPF funding has been allocated to the District Councils, as follows:

South Hams District Council £1,062,367
Teignbridge District Council £1,639,624
Torridge District Council £1,000,000
West Devon Borough Council £1,000,000
