Appendix two: Planning framework

Our plan outlines 35 four-year commitments and goals, across six strategic priorities. We have set out high-level actions in support of each goal. Our long-term measures to demonstrate our achievements are being developed.

This is a high-level plan and our corporate plan sets out our annual priorities and targets and provides the operational context to deliver our four-year commitments. Our annual corporate plan is approved by Cabinet each year. Directorate plans focus on service delivery including statutory duties and link into staff appraisals.

Our performance is measured through this planning framework, with high-level measures set for our strategic priorities aligned to annual organisational performance measures and service based outcomes.
