Devon County Council is working to improve as an evidence-led authority and Smarter Devon is a key component of that process. Smarter Devon focusses on supporting services to understand the data held and use it effectively.
We also focus on gathering and keeping data both accurately and timely in order to inform and support strategic commitments. This is essential to understanding the impacts of decisions on the people of Devon and ensuring actions taken benefit the most.
