StatusRoute is operating but, not able to serve all stops on the route

Reason
Due to debris on the road outside Culmstock from the flooding the coaches will be going up the hill out of Hemyock and into Culmstock from the main road. As such the Culmstock Church stop cannot be served this morning and those children need to get on the vehicle at Culmstock School. Any children who get on the valley road between Hemyock & Culmstock cannot be accessed and must wait at either Hemyock or Culmstock School
