What we found in our previous survey

We acknowledge that this survey has been very simple, this has been by design to make it as quick and easy as possible to complete. The survey is the first in a number of simple surveys we will be hoping you can contribute to that will focus on different areas of the local offer website and how we improve the way visitors to the website find that information.

We do appreciate all feedback given both within the survey and from your comments too. We also take on board the suggestions around opening up some of the questions and how we gather some insights about specific circumstances.

Your feedback in the survey

Your feedback has provided some insight into the high level topics that the local offer website should prioritise within the navigation and content. This will form the basis of how we restructure content to make it easier to access and navigate.

Our next steps will be to focus on each of the key priority areas to delve into the information that is most needed and can be made available on the local offer website.
