Devon County Council are pleased to announce the Devon Information Advice and Support (DIAS) service is taking part in its autumn Autism and Us workshop programme.
DIAS will be running a two-hour session on 18 October looking at who the service is, and what they do. They will look at how you and your child or young person can engage with the decisions that impact you, including how to get best out of conversations and meetings about your child’s support, how to share your views and those of your child, and understanding your options and legal rights.
They will take you through their information and resources that may be relevant for you and your child or young person, and talk through how and when it might be most helpful to link with DIAS.
