Templeton Definitive Map Review Informal Consultation

The Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 requires the County Council to keep the Definitive Map of Public Rights of Way under continuous review and to make modifications where it appears that routes should be added, regraded, amended or deleted. A review of the Definitive Map is currently being undertaken in the parish of Templeton.

There is currently one proposal for a change to the Definitive Map in the parish of Templeton.

Anyone who has any evidence for or against, or wishes to make any comments relevant to the proposal or has any other proposals to make concerning alterations or additions to the Definitive Map for Templeton parish, is asked to send their evidence/comments by 30 November 2021.
