Resident input to the future design of Healthy Lifestyle services

Devon County Council’s Public Health team commissions a healthy lifestyle service called ‘One Small Step’, which supports people to stop smoking, be more active, maintain a healthier weight and reduce alcohol consumption.

We are asking for residents’ views to help us think about the way this support is delivered in the future and what else is needed in communities. This survey forms part of wider engagement activity being undertaken with communities and residents across Devon and will support future development of information and services.
