Following the meeting of the Regional Schools Commissioner Headteacher Board, the Alternative Complementary Education (ACE) Schools Multi-Academy Trust has been given Secretary of State approval to sponsor the proposed new secondary special free school in Tiverton, Devon (Charlton Lodge) under section 6A (the ‘free school presumption’) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006.
