Boost Charitable Trust

The Boost Charitable Trust aims to fund and support inspiring programmes that help to improve the lives of the disabled and disadvantaged through the power of sport.

Small grants are available to charities or non-profit making organisations that have a real passion for improving people’s lives through sport. It focuses on five areas of disadvantage:

  • physical and learning disabilities
  • financial hardship
  • mental health
  • social exclusion
  • medical research and relief

The trust awards small grants (up to £750) and large grants (over £750, and generally between £2,000 and £7,000). The funding is for well-defined, specific projects with longer-term impact – it cannot be used for building/renovation works or for expensive equipment.
