Applicant journey for applications under £1,000

Project idea

Read the guidance and check if your project and business are eligible under GCF grant funding.

Submit online application for under £1000

Complete the application form. Describe the project and explain why the fund is needed and provide a list of project costs/items.

Decision

The GCF Programme team will assess your application and they will communicate the decision. If the project is approved, we may ask for some additional documentation.

Next step

Subject to all docs being in order, we will email you a grant fund award which you need to return with your signed agreement to the terms and conditions and subsidy control.

Commence project

If the project is approved the grant will be received into nominated bank account. Commence the project as described in your application.

Submit end-of-project report

Include any outcomes, publicity or GDPR compliant photos/videos and copies of receipts.

Project idea

Submit online application for £1000-£3000

Complete the application form,describe the project and explain why the fund in needed and provide a list of project costs/items.

Decision

The GCF Programme team will assess your application and they will communicate the decision. If the project is approved, we may ask for some additional documentation.

Next step

Subject to all docs being in order, we will email you a grant fund award which you need to return with your signed agreement to the terms and conditions, information we collect and subsidy control.

Commence project

Commence the project as described in your application.

Submit end-of-project report

Include any outcomes, publicity or GDPR compliant photos and copies of receipts. The project report will be reviewed and once approved the grant will be sent into your nominated bank account.
