Information
Devon County Council does not cover all local government services in Devon. Two unitary councils and eight district councils are responsible for services such as housing, Council Tax, waste collection, environmental health, leisure facilities, and planning applications. These councils are also subject to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
