Great Moor House provides office space for several Devon County Council teams, and is also home to other organisations including the South West Heritage Trust. There is no facility for members of the public to access Devon County Council services at this location.

Limited visitor parking is available at Great Moor House in the south car park by the main entrance. A section of parking is reserved for South West Heritage Trust visitors.
- Bicycle arrangements
Cycle lockers are installed by the north east corner of the building and near the motorcycle area in the visitors car park.
Two cycles are available for staff to use for short journeys during working hours. These are maintained by GMHFM and can be booked on 01392 385335 or by email to gmhfacilitiesmanagementteam-mailbox@devon.gov.uk.
