Morebath Definitive Map Review Informal Consultation

The Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 requires the County Council to keep the Definitive Map of Public Rights of Way under continuous review and to make modifications where it appears that routes should be added, regraded, amended or deleted. A review of the Definitive Map is currently being undertaken in the parish of Morebath in Mid Devon.

We are now consulting on the investigation of two proposals for changing the Definitive Map in Morebath.

For more information please see the notice, consultation schedule and maps below.

Maps showing existing public rights of way in Morebath, and the proposals to modify the Definitive Map, are also available for inspection at Bampton Library (Learning and Resource Centre), Station Road, Morebath EX16 9NG during opening hours, and by appointment at the offices of the Public Rights of Way Team.

Anyone who has any evidence for or against or wishes to make any comments relevant to the proposals or has any other proposals to make concerning alterations or additions to the Definitive Map for Morebath parish, is asked to send their evidence/comments by the 30th December 2020.
