Lympstone Definitive Map Review Informal Consultation

The Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 requires the County Council to keep the Definitive Map of Public Rights of Way under continuous review and to make modifications where it appears that routes should be added, regraded, amended or deleted. A review of the Definitive Map is currently being undertaken in the parish of Lympstone in East Devon.

We are now consulting on the investigation of three proposals for changing the Definitive Map in Lympstone.

For more information please see the Consultation Schedule and map below.

The map and schedule can also be viewed at East Devon District Council Offices at The Knowle, Sidmouth and by arrangement with the Lympstone Parish Clerk.

Anyone who has any evidence for or against or wishes to make any comments relevant to the proposals made, or has any other proposals to make concerning alterations or additions to the Definitive Map for Lympstone parish, is asked to send their evidence/comments by the 1 October 2018
