Informal consultation to add a Byway and Bridleway along New Road and American Lane, Petrockstowe

The Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 requires the County Council to keep the Definitive Map of public rights of way under continuous review, and to make modifications where it appears that routes should be added, re-graded or deleted.

There has been a claim for a public Byway along New Road and a public Bridleway along the adjoining American Lane, both in the parish of Petrockstowe.
