Informal consultation on proposals to add Byways Open to All Traffic in the parishes of Kenn and Kenton

The Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 requires the County Council to keep the Definitive Map of public rights of way under continuous review, and to make modifications where it appears that routes should be added, re-graded or deleted.

There have been three formal claims for the upgrading of Bridleways to Byways Open to All Traffic in the parishes of Kenn and Kenton.

Any comments or evidence relating to these proposals should be submitted by 7 August 2026.
