Informal consultation on proposal to add a footpath at Stanton Lane, Loddiswell and Aveton Gifford

The Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 requires the County Council to keep the Definitive Map of public rights of way under continuous review, and to make modifications where it appears that routes should be added, re-graded or deleted.

Devon County Council has determined a Schedule 14 application which seeks to add a public footpath at Stanton Lane in the parishes of Loddiswell and Aveton Gifford to the Definitive Map. Please see schedule and map below for details.
