Informal consultation on proposal to add a footpath at Springfield Road, Honiton

The Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 requires the County Council to keep the Definitive Map of public rights of way under continuous review, and to make modifications where it appears that routes should be added, re-graded or deleted.

Devon County Council has been directed by the Secretary of State to determine an application which seeks to add a public footpath between Copper Castle and Springfield Road in Honiton parish to the Definitive Map. Please see schedule and map below for details.

Anyone who has any further evidence for or against the proposal, should write to us at the address below by 7th October 2022.
