Informal consultation on proposal to add a Footpath across bridge at Exminster marshes/canal

The Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 requires the County Council to keep the Definitive Map of public rights of way under continuous review, and to make modifications where it appears that routes should be added, re-graded or deleted.

There has been a claim for the footpath over the bridge between Exminster Footpath Nos.1 & 2 (the footpaths across the marshes) and Exeter Footpath No.23 on the canal towpath.
