Holsworthy and Holsworthy Hamlets Definitive Map Review Informal Consultation

The Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 requires the County Council to keep the Definitive Map of Public Rights of Way under continuous review and to make modifications where it appears that routes should be added, regraded, amended or deleted. A review of the Definitive Map is currently being undertaken in the parishes of Holsworthy and Holsworthy Hamlets in Torridge.

There are currently no proposals for modifying the Definitive Map in these parishes.

Maps showing existing public rights of way are also available for inspection by appointment with the Clerks to the Town/Parish Council and at the Torridge District Council, Holsworthy Area Office, Manor Offices, North Road, Holsworthy, and during office hours at the Public Rights of Way Service, Lucombe House, County Hall, Exeter.

If anyone has any proposals to make for modification of the Definitive Map for Holsworthy and Holsworthy Hamlets, please contact us by Friday 10th January 2020.
