Gittisham – Definitive Map Review

Are you interested in footpaths, bridleways & byways in Gittisham parish?

Devon County Council is carrying out a review of the public rights of way in the Parish of Gittisham.

A short talk, followed by discussion, will be given about the Definitive Map of Public Rights of Way and how changes can be made on:

Wednesday 7 December 2016,  at 7.00pm in Gittisham Village Hall.

Update following meeting:

The Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 requires the County Council to keep the Definitive Map of public rights of way under continuous review and to make modifications where it appears that routes should be added, amended or deleted. A review has now started in Gittisham parish following a public parish meeting on 7 December 2016.
