Exmouth Definitive Map Review Informal Consultation

The Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 requires the County Council to keep the Definitive Map of Public Rights of Way under continuous review and to make modifications where it appears that routes should be added, regraded, amended or deleted. A review of the Definitive Map is currently being undertaken in the town of Exmouth in East Devon.

We are now consulting on the investigation of two proposals for changing the Definitive Map in Exmouth.

For more information please see the consultation schedule and maps below.

Anyone who has any evidence for or against or wishes to make any comments relevant to the proposals or has any other proposals to make concerning alterations or additions to the Definitive Map for Exmouth, is asked to send their evidence/comments by 18 December 2020.
