Disposal of the main school site and buildings of Sutcombe County Primary School, Sutcombe, Holsworthy, Devon EX22 7PW.

Devon County Council, acting as a trustee of The Sutcombe Primary School Legacy Fund (charity number 8036854), hereby gives notice that it intends to dispose of the freehold interest in a property known as the main school site and buildings of Sutcombe County Primary School, Sutcombe, Holsworthy, Devon EX22 7PW (‘the Land’) pursuant to a Scheme made by the Charity Commission on 14 July 2022 (‘the Scheme’).

The particulars can also be inspected by arrangement with the Legal and Democratic Department on 01392 382291 or legal.legalconveyancinginstructions-mailbox@devon.gov.uk at Devon County Council, County Hall, Topsham Road, Exeter, Devon, EX2 4QD during office hours.

Any comments about such disposal must be made in writing to Legal and Democratic Services, Devon County Council, County Hall, Topsham Road, Exeter, Devon EX2 4QD (quoting ref: ME/B14235) no later than 31 October 2023.

Any representations received after that date will not be considered.
