Clayhanger, Hockworthy and Huntsham (Borden Gate parishes) – Definitive Map Review

Are you interested in footpaths, bridleways & byways in the parishes of Clayhanger, Hockworthy and Huntsham?

Devon County Council is carrying out a review of the public rights of way in the Parishes of Clayhanger, Hockworthy and Huntsham (Borden Gate).

A short talk, followed by discussion, will be given about the Definitive Map of Public Rights of Way and how changes can be made on:

Tuesday 17 July 2018 at 7.00 pm in Huntsham Village Hall.

Update following meeting:

The Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 requires the County Council to keep the Definitive Map of public rights of way under continuous review and to make modifications where it appears that routes should be added, amended or deleted. A review has now started in the parishes of Clayhanger, Hockworthy and Huntsham following a public parish meeting on 17 July 2018.

The maps below show existing public rights of way recorded on the Definitive Map in these parishes.

Any proposals for changes or amendments to the Definitive Map of Public Rights of Way should be sent to the address below by 30 September 2018.
