Bradford and Cookbury Definitive Map Review Informal Consultation

The Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 requires the County Council to keep the Definitive Map of Public Rights of Way under continuous review and to make modifications where it appears that routes should be added, regraded, amended or deleted. A review of the Definitive Map is currently being undertaken in the parishes of Bradford and Cookbury in Torridge District.

We are now consulting on the investigation of one proposal for changing the Definitive Map in Bradford. There are currently no proposals for changes to the public rights of way recorded on the Definitive Map in the parish of Cookbury.

For more information please see the schedule and maps below.

Anyone who has any evidence for or against, or wishes to make any comments relevant to the proposal, or has any other proposals to make concerning alterations or additions to the Definitive Map in Bradford and Cookbury, is asked to send information, with evidence, by 15 January 2021.
