Pyeworthy Definitive Map Review Informal Consultation

The Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 requires the County Council to keep the Definitive Map of Public Rights of Way under continuous review and to make modifications where it appears that routes should be added, regraded, amended or deleted. A review of the Definitive Map is currently being undertaken in the parish of Pyworthy in Torridge.

There are currently no proposals for changes to the public rights of way recorded on the Definitive Map in the parish of Pyworthy.

Maps showing the proposals to are also available for inspection by appointment with the Clerk to the Parish Council, and at Torridge District Council, Holsworthy Area Office, Manor Offices, North Road, Holsworthy, and during office hours at the Public Rights of Way Service, Lucombe House, County Hall, Exeter.

Anyone who has any proposals to make concerning alterations or additions to the public rights of way in Pyworthy parish, is asked to send information, with evidence, by the 27 September 2019.
