Informal consultation on proposals to add Byway Open to All Traffic and upgrade Bridleway in the parish of Staverton

The Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 requires the County Council to keep the Definitive Map of public rights of way under continuous review, and to make modifications where it appears that routes should be added, re-graded or deleted.

There have been two formal claims for the addition of Byway Open to All Traffic and upgrading of Bridleway in the parish of Staverton
