Safety Advisory Group
We are responsible for working with the organisers, police, district councils and other agencies to develop the off-site evacuation procedures for significant events, festivals and gatherings, including:
- Westpoint Off-site Evacuation Plan (for the Devon County Show)
- Dartmouth Regatta Off-site Evacuation Plan.

Planning an event?
If you are planning an event you should contact your local district council. They will be able to offer advice and guidance on running the event successfully, safely and legally by making sure you have the necessary permissions and that you comply with relevant legislation.
