Which apprenticeship are you completing and at what level? <\/strong><\/h3>\n

Business Administration Apprenticeship at level 3.<\/p>\n

How has the apprenticeship helped you grow personally and professionally? <\/strong><\/h3>\n

The apprenticeship has significantly contributed to my personal and professional development. Professionally, it has enabled me to build a strong foundation in business administration, deepened my understanding of workplace processes and develop practical skills that I can apply confidently in my role. Working within a real business environment has also helped me refine my organisation, communication and problem- solving abilities.<\/p>\n

On a personal level, the apprenticeship has helped me grow in confidence and resilience. I have learned how to manage responsibilities more independently, adapt to new challenges and work effectively as part of a team.<\/p>\n

What skills have you developed so far? <\/strong><\/h3>\n

It has helped me develop my communication skills \u2013 it taught m e how to talk and type more professionally with colleagues. It has helped me improve my organisation and time management skills. Improved my IT and Digital skills, improved my problem-solving skills, teamwork and collaboration.<\/p>\n

What support do you receive from your employer and training provider? <\/strong><\/h3>\n

I get support from my manger and my team. My manger offers training opportunities such as going to other teams and shadowing their processes to gain a higher understanding of the work that goes on in childrens social care. I also have mandatory training that I complete for work and my training provider. I also have the apprenticeship team here at the council that I can got to for additional support and my skills officer at college.<\/p>\n

Would you recommend an apprenticeship to others? Why? <\/strong><\/h3>\n

I would recommend an apprenticeship to anyone. Especially if you don\u2019t know what you want to do in the future, it\u2019s a great way to experience new things and helps figure out what you might want to do down the line. You are gaining important skills and earning money at the same time (win win).
