I see benefits in being able to be more focused when needed and make decisions more quickly and clearly.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What skills have you developed so far?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The course has supported me to develop skills in academic writing, critical analysis and reflective thinking, organisation, leadership and communication skills.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What support do you receive from your employer and training provider?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>I have felt fully supported by the Apprenticeship team to set up everything up so I could start the course and by my line manager who has allowed me to take the study hours I need each week during work time.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Would you recommend an apprenticeship to others? Why?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>I would definitely recommend an apprenticeship to others, to me it is a win win situation for both my learning and the organisation.
