I like my job because I love working and interacting with the young people and getting to know all their little quirks and charms.<\/p>\n
I love coming in to see them and spend some time with their activity of choice.<\/p>\n
I love coming up with new ideas for strategies or things we can try, in order to improve the young people\u2019s experiences.<\/p>\n
I love seeing them enjoy the Home and hearing from parents that their child can\u2019t wait to come in.<\/p>\n
Devon County Council provide a good level of training, and we can access support via Occupational Health and the Employee Assistance programme when needed.<\/p>\n
