Our team managers are excellent leaders who ensure the delivery of social care outcomes through the provision of effective line management, comprehensive supervision and casework monitoring. They work in partnership with statutory and voluntary sector organisations and actively involve service users and carers to deliver a high quality, equitable service that leads to good outcomes.
Our team managers all have excellent knowledge of health and social care and are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council as a social worker or occupational therapist.
Our Management Pathways Programme provides a comprehensive induction into the new role; a development programme tailored to individual needs; and effective supervision, coaching and mentoring to support performance and development.
Team managers also have the benefit of working alongside colleagues across the health and care system as we seek to further embed and develop integrated services.
