Celebrate our Devonian roots

View this post on Instagram

Today, it's Devon Day. Today, we celebrate. We celebrate our Devonian roots, for LittlePod is proud to be born and bred in the county. We celebrate the green, white and black flag, and St Petrock, Devon's patron saint, to whom it is dedicated. We celebrate local food and drinks, those who produce such praiseworthy products and those who tend our fields and our farms. We celebrate our cities, our towns and our villages and all who inhabit them. We celebrate our countryside and our coastline, so picturesque and so perfect, and we take time to appreciate the natural world around us and all that is on our doorstep. We celebrate our rolling hills, our granite tors and our heather moors, our beaches and cliffs, our sands and our surf. We celebrate our National Parks and our people and we give thanks for our good fortune in being able to call this place home. We celebrate LittlePodders near and far, at home and abroad, and we take immense pleasure in flying our own flag – this one that celebrates our Queen's Award for Enterprise – and in representing Devon all over the world, always taking great pride in our home county, and never forgetting from where we came. We also celebrate Tom, our Operations Manager, who, in addition to all his fine work here at LittlePod HQ, is also a fabulous photographer. Tom has given us permission to share these images of Devon from his personal collection and it's a pleasure to do so; to show who we are and where we come from and to underline that, when it comes to Devon and all that is on our doorstep, there is a great deal to celebrate. Thank-you Tom. Thank-you Devon and to Devonians everywhere, Happy Devon Day 💚 #WeAreDevon #DevonDay #LoveDevon #Devon #DevonPhotographer #DevonPhotography #LittlePod #CampaignForRealVanilla
