How do we monitor and measure success – update

A further session was held by colleagues who are considering how we can create the conditions for success and measure the impact of the Leadership Charter. As part of their considerations, the group discussed what was working well and where we could do better.

The group will now focus its energy on evaluating tools to enable the Council to measure organisational culture and how it changes over time.
