{"id":5753,"date":"2020-03-02T15:10:14","date_gmt":"2020-03-02T15:10:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.devon.gov.uk\/educationfinance\/?p=1957"},"modified":"2020-03-02T15:10:14","modified_gmt":"2020-03-02T15:10:14","slug":"general-140-unallocated-income","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.devon.gov.uk\/support-schools-settings\/general-140-unallocated-income\/","title":{"rendered":"General 140: Unallocated income"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">Are you expecting income from Childcare Voucher Schemes:\u00a0 EdenRed, Sodexo , Comp Vouchers, Care4,\u00a0 Kiddi Vouchers, etc ? <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">Please check your budgets\u00a0 as Revenue have approximately 130 payments that cannot be identified \u2013 as the majority of payments only quote either a child name as the reference or a voucher number . <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">We have an array of descriptions \u00a0coming in with the payments quoting ,\u00a0 just a Christian names , such as \u201c \u00a0Olivia After School club\u201d \u201c Thea Breakfast \u201c \u201c James , extra sessions\u201d \u00a0this is just a few from the huge range of unidentified payments we are dealing with. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">If you are missing any expected income, please email <a href=\"mailto:dccremit@devon.gov.uk\">dccremit@devon<span style=\"color: #005005\">.<\/span>gov.uk<\/a>\u00a0 with your full budget code, the amount you\u2019re expecting, and from which Voucher Scheme you\u2019re expecting to receive the income from.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">Without the Revenue Team receiving prior notification of any impending receipts, your\u00a0 income could inadvertently be refunded back to the voucher company.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">If your school is using a school voucher scheme please ask \u00a0the parents <u><span style=\"color: #4472c4\">not<\/span><\/u> to quote the child\u2019s name but your full budget code such as G120,GXXXX,9331 etc, etc, \u00a0as this will allow our receipting system to auto-allocate your income. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you expecting income from Childcare Voucher Schemes:\u00a0 EdenRed, Sodexo , Comp Vouchers, Care4,\u00a0 Kiddi Vouchers, etc ?
