We want to reassure you that we are doing everything possible to ensure this transition is as smooth as possible for schools. The changes are being managed as a back-office activity, and we have been working closely with Bromcom throughout to minimise any disruption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Working closely with Bromcom, we have established the following arrangements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Transition timing<\/strong>: The migration of hosting services will begin from <strong>6:00pm on Friday 26<sup>th<\/sup> June 2026<\/strong>. During this period, your system will be unavailable throughout part of the weekend whilst work is completed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>School action required:<\/strong> All users must be fully logged out of both the Bromcom MIS and Finance system before <strong>6:00pm on Friday 26<sup>th<\/sup> June 2026<\/strong> to support a smooth transition. Any changes made after this time may not be transferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Third-party integrations<\/strong>: You will need to co\u2011ordinate with any third\u2011party systems (for example Wonde, Groupcall) to update your Bromcom URL from <a href=\"https:\/\/bromcom.scomis.org\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/bromcom.scomis.org<\/a> to <a href=\"https:\/\/cloudmis.bromcom.com\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/cloudmis.bromcom.com<\/a>. We recommend scheduling this work with your third\u2011party providers to take place over the weekend of <strong>26<sup>th<\/sup> June 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/faq.scomis.org\/kb2395669\/\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Third Party Application integration with Bromcom &#8211; Frequently Asked Questions<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Service restart<\/strong>: Work will continue over the weekend to ensure a smooth transition, and services will be fully operational from <strong>midday Sunday 28<sup>th<\/sup> June 2026<\/strong>, with no change to the user experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Charges and invoicing<\/strong>: There will be no change to pricing. Bromcom will charge schools at the same rates currently applied. Scomis will invoice up to and including <strong>26<sup>th<\/sup> June 2026<\/strong>, after which Bromcom will take over invoicing from <strong>Monday 29<sup>th<\/sup> June 2026.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Contracts and data<\/strong>: All existing arrangements with Bromcom relating to data remain in place.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>System access<\/strong>: Access to Bromcom will move to a new website address. The new access link will be <a href=\"https:\/\/cloudmis.bromcom.com\/\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/cloudmis.bromcom.com<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To support continuity, Scomis will redirect the current access link to the new Bromcom address until <strong>31<sup>st<\/sup> December 2026<\/strong>, giving schools sufficient time to update bookmarks and internal documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Support moving forward<\/strong>: Scomis will continue to support schools through ScoSupport.
