{"id":36042,"date":"2026-04-01T12:06:40","date_gmt":"2026-04-01T11:06:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.devon.gov.uk\/support-schools-settings\/?p=36042"},"modified":"2026-04-10T10:34:35","modified_gmt":"2026-04-10T09:34:35","slug":"closedown-2025-26-current-status-1st-april-2026-maintained-schools","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.devon.gov.uk\/support-schools-settings\/closedown-2025-26-current-status-1st-april-2026-maintained-schools\/","title":{"rendered":"Closedown 2025\/26: Current Status 1st April 2026 (Maintained Schools)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>As we begin April, a quick update on current tasks and deadlines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bromcom Finance: Schools are reminded that Bromcom Finance for 2026\/27 is currently closed while Scomis apply essential updates to the system, please see <a href=\"https:\/\/www.devon.gov.uk\/support-schools-settings\/closedown-2025-26-bromcom-finance-system-update-maintained-schools\/\">Further information<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schools must download any reconciliation files for 2025\/26 in DTSApps PRIOR to 10th April 2026 to enable auto reconciliation in Bromcom 2025\/26.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Invoice payment via DTSApps: Schools are currently unable to submit invoices via DTSApps due to coding updates. Expected live again <strong>w\/c 20th April<\/strong>:<a href=\"https:\/\/www.devon.gov.uk\/support-schools-settings\/closedown-2025-26-bromcom-finance-system-update-maintained-schools\/\">Further information<\/a> (Also please see updates posted within DTS Apps &#8216;What&#8217;s New&#8217; section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>X-Back Pay exercise: Thank you to schools for submitting these returns, these have now been processed into Unit 4, however, transactions have been suppressed and schools will not see these in PowerBI or their school extract reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Online Journal Transfer System: This system has now closed as of 31\/03\/2026, journals received into the system will be processed into April 2026\/27 once the system is open again for use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schools End of Year Adjustments: The Team are currently quality assuring these workbooks and will begin to post transactions shortly.
