{"id":34368,"date":"2025-10-22T10:01:39","date_gmt":"2025-10-22T09:01:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.devon.gov.uk\/support-schools-settings\/?p=34368"},"modified":"2025-10-23T12:54:12","modified_gmt":"2025-10-23T11:54:12","slug":"administration-207-dtsapps-schools-invoice-payments-service-issue","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.devon.gov.uk\/support-schools-settings\/administration-207-dtsapps-schools-invoice-payments-service-issue\/","title":{"rendered":"Administration 207: DTSApps Schools Invoice Payments &#8211; Service Issue"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Known Issue<\/strong> \u2013 Export file from Bromcom causing invoice lines to be split out rather than being on a single line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These files will be rejected by payments, please see below<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following an upgrade by Bromcom on Friday 17<sup>th<\/sup> October, the export file with invoices passed for payments has changed and cannot be accepted by DCC payments team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you <strong>have not<\/strong> created an export file, then please refrain from authorising the invoices in Modules&gt; Finance&gt; Routines&gt; Central Authorisation until the fix has been completed. Fix is planned for this Thursday evening (23rd Oct).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If <strong>you have<\/strong> created the file via &nbsp;\u201cprint and exported \u201c, you will need to cancel the invoices in Bromcom and re-raise, so they show correctly in the new text file.
