Please ensure that you download a copy to your computer and edit from the desktop version of Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. Please then return this to the Capital Team mailbox by 5pm 1<sup>st<\/sup>&nbsp;April 2025:&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:finance.financeschoolscapital-mailbox@devon.gov.uk\">finance.financeschoolscapital-mailbox@devon.gov.uk<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please ensure evidence is supplied to the Capital Team mailbox for any accruals with a value of \u00a31,000 and above:&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:finance.financeschoolscapital-mailbox@devon.gov.uk\">finance.financeschoolscapital-mailbox@devon.gov.uk<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/devoncc.sharepoint.com\/:x:\/s\/PublicDocs\/Education\/EXJcddyw0nhCmn35B5LHhtwBhOma4NnE3_4f-tv2FHDRVQ?e=SWF0eX\" rel=\"noopener\">Capital Accruals Return 2024-25 (Excel)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Federations \u2013 School splits<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Single budget Federations need to return a Power BI extract showing all capital transactions for the Federation, analysing the spend by individual school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Using Power BI(The Power BI Financial Data for Schools dashboard will allow the school to view this information on demand via the following link with joining instructions:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.devon.gov.uk\/support-schools-settings\/administration-and-finance\/finance\/maintained-school-data\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Maintained School Data<\/a>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the detailed transaction listing on the tool bar on the left-hand side.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then select CAPSCH in the Manage drop down box and your school number in the Activity box. This should then bring up a list of all your capital transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using the three dots on the right-hand side select export data and then select data using current layout. (This will download and Excel spreadsheet)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the downloaded Excel spreadsheet add a column to the right and add the school\u2019s name that the transaction relates to.
