{"id":20856,"date":"2023-06-21T11:53:25","date_gmt":"2023-06-21T10:53:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.devon.gov.uk\/support-schools-settings-new\/?p=20856"},"modified":"2023-06-21T11:53:25","modified_gmt":"2023-06-21T10:53:25","slug":"administration-113-action-tax-free-childcare-information-regarding-income-allocation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.devon.gov.uk\/support-schools-settings\/administration-113-action-tax-free-childcare-information-regarding-income-allocation\/","title":{"rendered":"Administration 113: ACTION &#8211; Tax Free Childcare &#8211; Information regarding income allocation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Please be aware that Revenue Services have been under considerable pressure recently and are currently behind with allocation requests.\u00a0 Revenue are working through a large volume of requests dating back as early as April.\u00a0 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Please do not send chaser emails<\/span> about outstanding receipts, these lead to wasted time sorting through the extra emails.<\/p>\n<p>Revenue are facing particular difficulty with Tax Free Childcare queries, being inundated with queries of the same pending receipts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Action for Schools<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please ensure that allocation emails to the Revenue Team provide the following, where applicable:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Correct DCC invoice (example: 54639270)<\/li>\n<li>Budget reference (example: G120,G20xx,9220)<\/li>\n<li>Child Reference (example:ABBC00099) Four letters, followed by five digits.<\/li>\n<li>Please also provide relevant details such as the amount, payee and expected receipt date as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The information above will ensure prompt allocation.
