For those grants that DCC receives and distributes centrally, we are able to do that on behalf of schools, but there are other grants and contributions where the information we have to provide is held by schools.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif;color: #404040\">In order to collate this information, we will send a spreadsheet via out Anycomms with the following naming convention: 878****_SchoolName_GrantRet_YYPPDD_V*.xlsm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif;color: #404040\">We already sent one of these to you in March. It contained 11 months of data. The new one will contain the full 12 months of data, as well as any data you submitted to us on the previous return. If you haven\u2019t submitted the previous return, please <b>DO NOT<\/b> submit it now. The most recent spreadsheet has everything on, including the information we sent to you in March.
